Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. You can reschedule an appointment one time with the same deposit within the 24 hour period. After that, you will forfeit the paid deposit and have to pay another one to schedule a new appointment. Thank you for understanding. Your second missed appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service booked.
